Who is a connected employee?
A person whose access or individual work tracking has been explicitly activated by an administrator. A crew member can be included without a messenger login. Imported contacts and archived employees do not automatically create a paid seat.

Before you start
What counts as one AI request?
One completed report processing or AI query. Voice transcription and internal checks belong to the same request. Internal retries and correction of our processing errors are not charged as new requests. Ordinary dashboard views and manual entries do not consume requests.
Is there a size limit per request?
The proposed base allowance covers text up to 6,000 characters or a voice note up to 5 minutes. Large imports and longer material are scoped separately. All requests and minutes are pooled across the company.
What happens when we reach the allowance?
You receive usage warnings. Additional packages require prior approval or an explicit spending limit. Records and manual work remain available; new paid AI tasks follow the agreed limit. No automatic plan upgrade.
Are WhatsApp charges included?
Telegram and WhatsApp are supported channels in the agreed rollout. Chargeable WhatsApp templates and Business Solution Provider fees are separate, where applicable. Service messages and utility replies may be free under Meta’s rules; the applicable market and provider must be confirmed.
Is integration included in the monthly price?
No. Integration is a separate one-time scope from AED 5,000 to AED 10,000. Further systems, changes in a third-party API and new business rules may require a new scope. Routine platform maintenance is covered by the subscription.
